THE CLOSING DATE FOR FREE ENTRY IS 26th MAY 2019


REGISTRATION

To exhibit your vehicle at the Festival you must complete a registration form and return it to the address on the form.  A PDF version can be downloaded below.  If your registration form is received after 26th May 2019 A LATE ENTRY FEE OF £10 (cheque payable to Welshpool Town Council) must accompany your entry forms.  Postal entries will not be accepted after 2nd JUNE 2019 and will have to enter on the day, but entry cannot be guaranteed.  If allowed, you will be charged £10 – cash only.


ON THE DAY

Exhibitors can arrive from 7.00am;   to be on site by 9.00am
Show starts 10.00am


HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS:

ALL VEHICLES MUST REMAIN ON SITE UNTIL Sat 4.00pm ; Sun 2pm AND
CAN ONLY BE MOVED WITH AGREEMENT FROM CONTROL AND UNDER SUPERVISION OF A MARSHAL; or as part of prearranged cavalcade/display.
